Advantages of Membership in the Public Association Ā«Union of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and UkraineĀ»
Ā«ŠŠ¢UĀ» facilitates the scientific, social, and cultural development of its members. It ensures the protection of its membersā rights and interests in central and local agencies, administrative bodies, as well as in non-governmental organizations, chambers of commerce and industry, unions, and other institutions.
The Ā«Union of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and UkraineĀ» consistently fosters the development of relations among Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine by creating favorable conditions for this purpose. The Union pays special attention to the comprehensive development of trade and economic relations, the reinforcement of entrepreneurial freedom based on fair competition, and the enhancement of the image of goods and services.
How to become a member of the Public Association Ā«Union of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and UkraineĀ»
ā Individual membership in the Union is granted on the basis of a written application, by decision of the Unionās Board.
ā Collective membership in the Union is granted on the basis of a written application in accordance with a decision of the highest governing body of the enterprise, institution, or organization, along with a copy of its charter (regulations), by decision of the Unionās Board.
Citizens and individual entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine who have reached the age of 14 may become members of Ā«ATUĀ».
The decision to admit a member to the Union is made by the Unionās Board within 30 calendar days from the submission of the documents (written application and attachments) to the Board.
Upon joining the Union, a new member pays an entrance fee and a membership fee.
The Unionās Board reserves the right to refuse membership on the following grounds and in the following cases:
ā The person is legally incapacitated or of limited legal capacity;
ā A criminal case has been initiated against the individual or the officers of the governing bodies of a legal entity;
ā Failure to pay the entrance fee;
ā Presence of an outstanding criminal conviction;
ā The candidate does not receive a majority of votes from the total composition of the Unionās Board required for admission;
ā If the individual seeking membership is employed by a collective member of the Union, or is a founder of such a collective member, or serves as a representative of its governing or supervisory body;
ā If the founders, representatives of the governing or supervisory body, or members of the collective of a legal entity (whose collective intends to join the Union) are already admitted as an individual member of the Union.
