«Union of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine»

The «Union of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine» was established in August 2012 with the support of Ali Aliyev.

In recent years, Azerbaijan, Turkey has demonstrated a marked acceleration in economic growth. Owing to the policies of the country’s President, Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan ranks among the leading nations according to international ratings and possesses a highly competitive economy. The country is fostering close business ties with various nations worldwide, particularly with Ukraine. In this regard, the President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of Azerbaijan, Mammad Musayev, proposed creating an organization dedicated to advancing relations between Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine. This organization became the Public Association «Union of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine.»

The Public Association is a voluntary, non-profit, independent, and non-partisan organization operating on the principles of legality, humanity, voluntariness, and self-governance. Its purpose is to promote the development of cultural, social, and trade-economic relations; support the enhancement of the image of goods and services; and contribute to establishing conditions for the presentation and lawful distribution of high-quality goods in the domestic market among Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine.

The Union conducts its activities in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as the laws and subordinate regulatory legal acts of Ukraine.

The Union is founded and functions on the principles of voluntariness, equality of its members (participants), self-governance, legality, and openness. All major decisions concerning the Union’s activities are resolved at the general meetings of its members.

The Union’s activities are transparent, and information about its founding and program documents is publicly accessible.
