On April 13, Palm Sunday, the russian army launched a missile strike on the center of Sumy. A ballistic missile equipped with cluster munitions was used. The strike hit a residential area with homes, vehicles, and educational institutions.
As a result of the attack, at least 32 civilians were killed, including two children. Nearly one hundred people were injured, among them several children. Some of the victims are in critical condition.
We remember every victim. The russian federation must be held accountable for this crime.
