Russian missiles hit the center of Vinnytsia, causing explosions and large-scale fires. According to preliminary information, at least 20 people were killed (including a child) and 25 were injured. The fire spread to a car parking area, destroying dozens of vehicles. Rescue workers and emergency services are on site dealing with the aftermath.
