Azerbaijan dispatched the second batch of humanitarian aid from the Sumgayit Technopark to Ukraine, following the Presidential Order of February 5, 2025 (the first batch was sent on February 7).
According to a representative of the Ministry of Energy, these two shipments include more than 52,000 meters of electrical cables and wires, as well as 17 transformers to help restore Ukraineās energy infrastructure.
Ukraineās Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Yuriy Husiev, expressed gratitude for Azerbaijanās assistance in rebuilding the city of Irpin and other facilities. Azerbaijanās total support for Ukraine has exceeded $40 million, including over 130 transformers, about 70 generators, and 3.4 million meters of cables.
